Your appointment time is reserved just for you. When you book with me, I prepare my space, tools, and schedule to give you my full attention. Out of respect for my time and other clients, I kindly ask: 💌 24-Hour Notice If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. ⏳ Late Cancellations Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may require a 20% fee for the booked service. 🚫 No-Shows Missed appointments without notice are charged %50 of the booked service and blocked from future bookings. ⏱ Late Arrivals If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, I may need to shorten or reschedule your service to avoid delays for others. 💖 Life Happens I completely understand that emergencies and unexpected events occur.
